The Collin County Commissioners Court is composed of a County Judge and four County Commissioners. Elections are held in November of each year.
The Court meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 9:30 am.

Re: Meeting Times Actually, the Court has been meeting at 1:30 as of late. Good news for some, the court's meetings are streamed live and in podcasts.
