The Council meets on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m.

Hawhaw! Not sure whether to laugh or cry. This is a joke, right? There are 18 people in this city who honestly believe there was someone worth voting for. Surely they are just voting for themselves...surely.
