The Council meets on the first and third Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

I just went to check out their upcoming meeting notes -- not posted quite yet -- and realized Farmers Branch has a really nice <a href="http://www.ci.farmers-branch.tx.us/">website</a>. The design of the calendar items is especially cool.
