gingerground, says:
RADICAL NEW WAY OF TREATING WASTE WATER AND SEWERAGE!!!!!!!!!!!
Your Worship The Mayor
I wish to submit a RADICAL plan for treating WASTE WATER as it relates to riverine, lacustrine and marine environments- i.e. the pollution of environmental water systems.
The system being proposed will eliminate the need for treatment plants as they are currently configured, and the adoption of systems that will convert the existing by-products of human habitation to components that facilitate greater ease of disposal. Children should always have clean water in which to swim and play.
There is NO CHARGE for disclosure which shall be by CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT, however if the system is to be implemented, payment will become due.
A new energy system is included in the package which allows the CITY-TOWN- MUNICIPALITY to find cheap energy for the purpose built facility. This energy system may not be used for any other purpose or be part of any other grid. Its sole purpose will be to supply energy for the operation of the facility.
A comparative costing of the system for a city the size of NEW YORK would be US$800 millions, inclusive of the cost of the energy system, a purely mechanical system, requiring NO FUEL for its operation. A portion of the infrastructure already exists. The new system merely integrates with existing facilities.
Disclosure will be in two parts:
a) The overall system, at the instance of your indication of interest, and
b) The energy system, which becomes relevant at the time of signing of any agreement to implement.
I look forward to your early and favourable expression of interest in the system.
I am
Yours faithfully Clive Ocnacuwenga
