Texas Woman’s University Theatre Department
Texas Woman's University Department of Performing Arts offers Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees in many areas of theater production and performance. TWU's Denton, Texas campus is one of the few locations in the nation that provides collaborative opportunities within the divisions of drama, dance, and music. The students work and study in all phases of theater production--from comedies to Broadway musicals, from serious drama to light operettas, from Italian farce to theater of the absurd. The Redbud Theatre is the program's principal performance space until the new Studio Theater is built on their campus.
