Pegasus News campaign survey (April 2, 2007)
What is the one greatest thing that the Fort Worth City Council has achieved in the past year?
Supporting a plan and strategy for down town residential development and the trinity river vision plan.
What is the single biggest improvement that the Fort Worth City Council needs?
Fort Worth needs a plan to deal with the new growth and development in the north and western section of Fort Worth that balance the redevelopment of the inner city neighborhoods. This plan should be such that City services, streets, drainage and public safety are not sacrificed in the inner City for new growth areas.
What is the toughest problem that you have ever solved?
The toughest problem I solved while on the Fort Worth City Council was getting the Arlington Lake Master Plan and Council initiated rezoning done.
If you are elected and can only achieve ONE quantifiable thing in your term, what would you want it to be?
Development of a comprehensive housing development/redevelopment strategy for District 5 that set procedures and a process of land assemblage, new quality home construction and redevelopment.
