What is the one greatest thing that the Dallas City Council has achieved in the past year? 
Giving approval to the ForwardDallas! Comprehensive plan. While it is not set in stone, it will be a bold vision for how the city redevelops and rezones.

What is the single biggest improvement that the Dallas City Council needs? 
The Council needs to reassert itself in becoming a role model for ethics and integrity.

What is the toughest problem that you have ever solved?
The problem was how to have a better quality of life. That problem was solved by moving to Dallas in 2001. I do not regret having made that decision, even though I had to leave friends and family half way across the country.

If you are elected and can only achieve ONE quantifiable thing in your term, what would you want it to be?    
Hiring and retaining 400 new police officers in my 1st 2 year term of office.
