Hi, I would like to get a bill pass,to protect children and the people that take care of them.These people are granparents,aunts and uncles,cousins godparents and family friends.We do everythings the parent should be doing and some,while the parent are living the life of having no responsibilies.They use their money to party,buy cars,houses,dress like they are rich.While we stuggle to make ends meet taking care of their children.Then when the child is old enough to do for them selves,the parent comes without warning and take them back.They act like you have done something to them after you done raised their child,so they stop the child from seeing and calling you.Well by now the child love you like the parent and you love the child as your own.This is like a death in the family.The only ones that is hurt is the child and us,the parent goes on telling lies why they don't let the child visit the people they love so much.Well this has happen twice to my husband and I,the first ones I was charge with two count of aggavated kidnap,but was dropped, the second one is happening as I write this email.Our god daughter was left with us when she was 6 months old,we were to keep her on weekends for her mom to go out.But her mom just didn't come pick her up.We couldn't carry her on our taxes,because the mom carry her every year that we had her,and she will carry her again this year.We are the ones that care for her and did everythings.But you guys make it so easy for the parent.WE keep these children to keep them out of the system. The mom is my husband cousin,she has aborted four maybe five baby.Her oldest her step mom raised and the girl we raised from 6 months up until nov. 9,2008.The dad came back in the picture,so they came and took her.We ask them to let her stay four days with them and three with us until she got use to them,that didn't happen.Now they punish her from seeing us,say she got a attitube.My god daughter is depress,she don't know her dad and her mom never spend much time with her.I would call her mom all time to come get her so they could bond,to pick her up on weekends for a few hours but she wouldn't come.When we call her she stop answering our calls,even when we had to rush her to the hospital she wouldn't come meet us, if we got her on the phone and told her we were on our way to hospital with the baby to answer when we call back she didn't answer nor did she come up there.This is the first christmas she will be without her.WHY SHOULD THE PARENT HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABUSE and USE US?After we have love their children ,look after their children as our own,spend our money that we don't have,but we make away with the help of the good Lord!Please help by passing a bill to protect and reconize this situation.If you do a survey you will be supprise at how many children and caregivers go through this!!!PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE,PLEASE HELP US!!!

PLEASE HELP PASS THIS BILL TO PROTECT CHILDREN FROM PARENTS THAT HAVE ABANDON THEIR CHILD OR CHILDREN,AND PROTECT THE PEOPLE THAT CARE AND LOVE THESE CHILDREN THEN HAVE TO GIVE THEM UP TO PARENT THAT REALLY DON'T WANT OR CARE ABOUT.
