What is the one greatest thing that the Lake Dallas ISD Board of Trustees has achieved in the past year? 
Acquired government funding for districts encompassed by non-taxable government land.

What is the single biggest improvement that the Lake Dallas ISD Board of Trustees needs? 
Better supervision of Superintendents. Which will cause greater supervision from Superintendents towards lower levels.

What is the toughest problem that you have ever solved?
Difficult question, not sure what is being requested. However, 26 years in the fire service, we solved major problems every day. Closer to home and on-going, trying to raise my 2 kids presents a daily problem solving senarios.

If you are elected and can only achieve ONE quantifiable thing in your term, what would you want it to be?    
Without trying to qualify or justify I would like to see disturbances in the classrooms reduced. This can be quantified by tracking discipline referrals.
