Downtown homeless people move from the sidewalk to a parking lot

In response to Dallas' Operation Rescue, a grant-funded effort to remove the homeless from private property downtown, First Presbyterian Church has allowed clients of the nearby Stewpot to sleep in their parking lot to avoid arrest.

When downtown businesses funded "Operation Rescue" to remove homeless people from private property, First Presbyterian Dallas said they would not call the cops. Now, the church wants the city's help to relocate them before winter weather blows through.
