Last night was a rare and good evening at the Victory Park area, while it would last and make a statement.... what a good sporting crowd and valentines evening could turn out,I was quite impressed and will again say.....Dallas has a lot to offer, but you cant be everywhere at once...A.T, Urban Observer.

It is amazing I came to this by 2008, the Amercian Airlines Arena site, as it was called in 1998, and now 9 years later, it is what it is, the Victory Park Arena area, where the Sports town and the Music lore will come to exist as one great thing, Concession Culture............. and it is amazing as I said before, but is it quality of life....i dug in this area, long before it was anything, except an old fishing hole for boys to come over and dig old bottles out of since 1965, and it was later realized as the town dump, glue factory for horses in the 1890s, the Dallas Power and Light Company that Thomas Edison made a special trip to Dallas to build in 1892 and the old snake and wash of the Trintiy River, before it was removed in 1934, while who would know some of this today and who should care,.... while at a price it will not command much in any privey or poor part of town, and on that note I thought you should know, until then Alexander Troup, Urban Archaeologist,
