Founded by comedians Jan Norton and Linda Stogner, Backdoor Comedy has had many lives over the years. The Backdoor has been located in a pizzeria, a deli, a bowling alley (twice), a cafe, a sports bar, a bar in Deep Ellum, in the Arts District in downtown Dallas, and now inside Doubletree Hotel.
