Dined on 2/13/2010. There are much better steakhouses in the burbs other than Bailey's Prime in Fairview. The Lobster Bisque was tepid. The adult beverages were overpriced by 15% to 20%. Our waiter Brandon was good but his helper had an attitude. She threw the entree's on the table like we were in a NYC diner. The meat was average tasting. The baked potato came without toppings. I had to call the waitress back to ask for the toppings. After a puzzled look, she brought a sugar cubed sized pad of butter, a teaspoon of bacon bits and chives and a tablespoon of sour cream. That was last straw for us. As a Fairview resident, I am hugely disappointed and will recommend other steakhouses in downtown McKinney, Frisco and Plano over the Fairview Bailey's.

Wow! Surprised by the previous comment. Though previous review is two and a half years old! We always get our food to go. Filet for me cheeseburger for my OH. We are regulars, usually at least once a month. Only once, with all our orders did I need to call about quality of filet. Manager comp'd our next order. I highly recommend based on quality of food. Can't comment on wait staff.
