4/5I definitely had a good time at Barcadia the night we went. There were a lot of people around the bar, but there were still open tables inside. The patio was a bit crowded and there were some annoying people here and there (like most bars), but each time you heard the huge jenga games clatter to the ground, at least you knew there would be a new group moving in.
I assumed the place would be more games than bar, so I was a little surprised that the games were basically shoved to one side. We had a good time, but if you're looking for an arcade with drinks, this isn't it. If, however, you're looking for a trendy-ish bar, with decent music (might I say), and the vintage games twist, I would recommend Barcadia.

Maybe showing my age, but this was SO not my crowd.
Vintage games were nice: Well-shopped versions of Black Knight Pinball, Classic Star Wars, Joust, Asteroids, Centipede, Tempest, Q-Bert, Robotron, Mario Bros., Donkey Kong Jr., Spyhunter and a few others.
Not sure of the point of skeeball with no redemption coupons.
But it was clear that this has already become a trendy see-and-be-seen spot among the millenials. Lots of people contemptuously pushing and shoving around the crowded room because their efforts to check out the babe across the room were infinitely more important than the real estate I was occupying.
Don't know why I thought a place with a $5 valet would be a quaint neighborhood joint. If you're too cool for Dave and Busters but not cool enough for Louie's or Lakewood Landing, you were probably there.
Stayed less than a half hour.

3/5Finally checked out the Barcadia. Loved the atmosphere, it has a nice big porch and GIANT Jenga for patrons to play, plus of course all the arcade games. The waitstaff was also pretty on top of their game for a busy Friday night. There was free valet until 8 too, so that was pleasant. The food, meh. The menu offers interesting and different options than your regular burgers and fries, and it serves the purpose of soaking up alcohol. Other than that it's nothing to write home about. They do have a change machine for the arcade games in case you forget to bring quarters (like I did). This is a great place for Happy Hour or post dinner drinks.
