1/5your books are old and you need new ones (not a quality issue) your workers are lazy and Im dissapointed every time I go

1/5I would agree that the books are old and out of date. Also, any book you might want is always located at the main branch so you have to request it. I didn't realize that they could not dial long distance (as I don't have a local area code on my cell) and I wondered why I was never contacted. They didn't mention this as an issue when I gave them all my information including an email address. I stopped by and they said they didn't have my email address... hmm. Re-requested the books... no email... called... they said the email was rejected by MY email filter... I don't have an email filter... it didn't even show up in my spam folder... lady helping me acted like it was a total pain to re-request the books... now for the 3rd time. Just forget it. I'm sure the web has more recent and better information anyway. Employees are not helpful and seem very defensive... like you are interrupting them by walking through the door. A little customer service training may go a long way.
