I live in Lakewood, and have been around Dallas most, not all of my life.......Oak Cliff was a great sleeping place......despite the 9 freeways, and for several decades...I invested in the Communities of Oak Cliff,for several decades.......

..Now I see why Lakewood is so hot, it is the run away from the Park Cities and Highland Park while Oak Cliff has no run aways except West Dallas and the back door Desoto....and then some Cockrell Hill......so where is the money..for Oak Cliff, while the new guys are investors from Highland Park....or wanna be....so take your posion or healing mediciation, but we still love Oak Cliff, the better side that cant be exsploited.....and try to preserve such....A/T
