4/5Good food, freshly prepared, and customized on request. Overly generous portions and great value for the price.

5/5I have to disagree with the first commenter. Maybe because you don't see it in Dallas or maybe its a case of 'everything that is old is new again' but I enjoy Bo Bo's authentic decor. This place reminds me of a typical Chinese place in say, San Francisco, which means its excellent for Big D. I found many things on the menu that are not on a typical take out menu. We however, ordered a standard fare of three 'typical' chinese meals and found each one to be one of the the best freshest Chinese dishes in the city right now. I cannot wait to go back and try something I would normally not order at a regular Dallas Chinese restaurant, perhaps one of the seafood dishes.

3/5This place has been around since I was born and I have been eating there about that long. The inside of the restaurant still kind of turns me off - just don't like the feel - no windows, very old fashion "china town." If you can get past that, give it a try. Typical chinese menu but if you have a group the family style options are fun - you can pick several dishes based on the number of people and really get to try it all. The mongolian beef, pot stickers and sizzling rice soup are the reasons I keep coming back.
