Bolla features innovative Modern Italian cuisine from the culinary artistry of Chef David Bull. Bolla’s contemporary & elegant restaurant will seat up to 100 diners with contemporary elegant tables including a private chef table, banquettes, an alfresco terrace featuring rich colors and textures with modern appeal.
A contemporary and elegant ambiance serves as the poignant backdrop for Chef Bull's innovative cuisine, which highlights his unique twist on traditional dishes. Guests may also reserve the chef's table where each diner may observe the Bolla restaurant's culinary artistry at work.
Chef Bull was only 28 years old when he was named one of "America's Best New Chefs" by Food & Wine magazine in 2003. Since then he has continued to wow critics and fine diners alike with his culinary talents. Most recently, he enjoyed a 2007 James Beard nomination for "Best Chef in the Southwest".
