4/5The food is good in general, but the rolls are to die for! The price is best if you get a reduced meal, and then you don't end up with too much food, and you have room for an extra roll or cobbler. :)

2/5Not bad, the rolls are excellent. The chicken doesn't touch brothers though! Waited for 30 minutes to order last sunday.

2/5A great option when you need fried food and grease. The fried chicken is good, but not the best I've ever had. I wish it had more of a spicy kick, but maybe that's just me. Good fries and rolls. This isn't the kind of place you want to visit regularly, but it's fun for the once in a while fried food orgy.

2/5Hadn't been to Bubba's in ages, but found myself at Snider Plaza for an eye doctor appointment and thought I'd get my fix.
I'm a longtime fan, and the chicken didn't disappoint. Really juicy without being greasy and incredible taste to the batter.
But everything else was a (not hot) mess. I had to reorder twice to get the right sides. The mashed potatoes and gravy were cold and bland -- no excuse for cold as big a turnover as they were doing. Cole slaw tasted fine but had way too much liquid, with a milky mess washing over onto the chicken section of my plate.
Also, don't remember it being so expensive. Three-piece meal and a single-serve drink busted $10.
Totally shattered my post-hangover memories of yore...

You should have went to Peggy Sue BBQ instead.
