Saturday Tastings in the Wine and Beer Department Little Joey just LOVES the Saturday wine tastings at Central Market - he particularly likes the blind tastings, when he can sneak a snort while Mommie's not looking. (Great nose!) More info

I had been to the pub on a Friday night a few weeks ago when the place was packed. It took about 50 minutes to get our pizza and the pizza was good. The live music was a little too loud for comfortable eating. Forget about talking to the people at your table or the wait staff being able to hear your order.
We went back on a Tuesday nigh. Maybe one third of the tables were full and the piped in music was not too loud. However our pizza took 40 minutes to cook and all of the tables were served their food before we were finally given our pizza. It was a cheese pizza with tomatoes and was not as good as the pizza we had waited 50 minutes for the last time we were at the pub. I saw the cook putting card board in the brick oven before our pizza came out and it filled the oven with smoke. Maybe that explains the off flavor and black edges of the pizza.
I believe they had given our pizza to another table that was complaining about the wait and had to start over on our pizza. Not cool. Now I am the unhappy customer.
Also, I noticed the chalkboard said it was ladies night and drinks were half off, but my beer was the same price ($4.50) as my husbands. The little details really make or break my experience out.
Next time I have a choice, I will not choose the Cadillac Pizza Pub.
