I'll never return to Pizzarella and I have been telling my friends and co-workers. The food, service, and patrons are all first class, however, one guy at the counter (not the owner) treated me not only unprofessionally, but down right rude while I waited for a to-go order I had called ahead on. In fact, a couple of young female staffers were in disbelief and fear. I was even becoming a regular there. I thought of telling the owner right then and there but I was so disgusted I just bolted out and it's over a month later and I'm still upset.
I found a place a little out of the way but just as tasty called Pizza Villa on Central Expwy. Good-bye Pizzarella and good riddance to you.
