They put lipstick on a pig. All of the restaurants are no longer owned by the tribe so if you get bad service there is really nothing that the casino can do for you. If you leave your ID at home they will let you play until you lose but run you through hoops when you need to cash a check to play more or get money to even go home. Or if you ask for a self ban form.....good luck they have no idea where they are. Then they will laugh at you for your lack of self control and tell you the door is right over there when they cant find you the form that you need. And oh yeah...nice high limit room....looks great...too bad its only open 2 days a week!

In all they are trying to become something that they never are going to be. The old casino was great cause it was intimate and everyone knew everyone. Now all the employees are so restrained by new rules that the only answers that you are going to get from anyone there is they are not choctaw employees or there is no one here that can answer your question.

Go to Winstar. At least there you know that they are jerks and you can expect them to be jerks. Or even better drive a little further to Shreveport.
