1/5I had a reservation to use the projector one evening for my group and the days leading up to it, they were closed for remodeling. They did not inform me of their plans (they had my contact info) nor did they answer the phone at all to help me rectify the situation and reschedule. We will no longer be using their facilities which is too bad for them because we order a lot of food when we're there.

2/5This place has went downhill and appears to be on life support. Food is mediocre at best (and often bad.) Staff is lean. Half the space is turned off during biz hours. Stay away.

1/5We've been to Chuck and Lucy's several times for burgers, and we've always been pleased. Today we decided to try breakfast. We were told to get ready for a big breakfast when we ordered. 45 minutes later we were still waiting for our order when the lady behind the counter came over and told us they had run out of eggs, but they had sent someone to the store and our breakfast would arrive soon. She also brought out some small pancakes (we thought they had chocolate chips at first, but it was just the scrapings from the grill) as an apology and told us to prepare for a feast. The pancakes had the taste and consistency of glue. We decided to wait for our meal in spite of this. When our order finally arrived our "feast" consisted of small poorly scrambled eggs (undercooked and easily separated into the whites and yolks), two tiny strips of bacon (apparently the cheap brand that shrinks drastically when cooked), and a small order of fairly tasteless hashbrowns. We won't be going back.
