The North Texas History Center, located one block east of McKinney’s downtown Square, is open daily, closing only for four major holidays and exhibit changes. Exhibits are: NorthTexas in the Civil War Era runs mid-January through mid-June and Pioneering in North Texas runs July through mid-December.
