Fast & effective workouts are made possible with their combination of weight machines sized for women, free weights & cardio equipment. Certified Women Trainers will develop a customized plan for you, and will provide instruction on how to properly use all equipment. On-going support and training is provided so that the program will work for you, and you will get the results you want! And it's all included in membership.
Contours Express now offers dedicated, one-on-one personal training sessions for those who desire a Personal Trainer. Our women trainers are NASM & Cooper Certified, and are ready to help you get fit, lose weight & be your personal best!
Weight-Loss Body Wraps & Infrared Heat Therapy is also offered at Contours Express. With these treatments you will detox, lose weight, reduce cellulite, relieve fluid retention, rejuvenate, manage pain & much more while burning up to 1000 calories per treatment in a safe & healthy environment.
