Covering more than 100 acres, the Dallas Market Center is composed of four buildings-- the World Trade Center, Trade Mart, International Floral & Gift Center, and Market Hall. Dallas Market Center, the world's largest wholesale merchandise mart, conducts 50 markets annually, attended by more than 200,000 retail buyers. Founded in 1957 by real estate developer Trammell Crow, Dallas Market Center was the first permanent facility to unite regional wholesalers under one roof.
