The D-House is a bi-weekly stop for the Mrs. and I. We love the recently added fried pickles on the menu especially when served with jalapeno ranch. The service is hit and miss. But, if you get the chance I would suggest you ask to be seated in Bill's section. After a couple of visits He knew exactly what we wanted to drink, and to start off with. If you are in a hurry this place is good for a quick in & out.

This once-favorite is becoming more like "just another Black-Eyed Pea" every day. The days of the extra side seem to be over; the food isn't as good as it used to be; and the long-time staffers seem to be gone. No more barrel of peanuts either.

Recent visit for to-go yielded mashed potatoes with the gravy left out (sacrilege!), but an inexplicable extra bag of bread to make up.
