This is easily one of my new favorites around town. I've been here twice now and I have tried both sides of the hibachi/sushi menu. The first time was hibachi. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail combo. While the lobster was pretty standard, the filet was perfectly cooked and was melt-in-your-mouth tender. On my second visit I took on the sushi. The spider roll (soft shell crab) was excellent, large and crunchy. The crunchy salmon roll was a new experience with a roll of salmon, cream cheese and rice breaded and quickly fried to make the outside wonderfully crispy. The waitstaff has been very attentive both times and the hibachi chefs are very talented and make the show worthwhile.
