Can't say I expected much from a sushi restaurant with multiple locations in the area (does that by definition make it a "chain"?), but the freshness and quality of the sashimi and nigiri have been top-notch on our three visits so far to the Grapevine location. Sashimi portions are also quite generous and reasonably priced. A number of inventive rolls are offered, in addition to the usual standbys, but I've found them mostly too heavy on the sauce, too lacking in distinctive flavors and not up to the standard of the sushi. There's not much atmosphere to speak of, but if you're just in it for for the food, this is a pretty solid NE Tarrant option. Haven't yet tried the hibachi or desserts, so I can't offer any insights in these areas.
