The Tex-Mex I grew up on. Just heard that El Fenix (all locations) have been sold to a real estate investor ?

Since I haven't been to an El Fenix since the mid-seventies I won't rate anything.
I loved it back then! ... well, at least until I spotted them combining unused salsa from one table to be reused. Details are sketchy after 30 years, but I remember my being surprised...and also how much I loved the guacamole.
