The food is good but the ordering system is confusing. You go through the line but its not clear how to order or what you get. I just point at things and get what I want, but if you want some kinds of meat, you have to take a number and wait for them to bring it to your table. Its confusing but the value is good. I love their pita!

Mike, just be sure not to overinduldge in their goodness...it's easy to do. I ate there once for lunch and had enough food for 4 or 5...I wasn't feeling too spry for the remainder of the day.

Does anyone know if Fadi's is associated with the World Foods Market that was on Greenville?

Visited for the first time for lunch today and was really impressed with both the quality and quantity of the food. Ambiance is nothing to write home about, but unless I'm looking for tablecloths and wine, this is my new first choice for Mediterranean fare.

Fadi's rocks! The staff is always very friendly and its always the same people working. I hope those guys get a day off at some point.

The hummus and babaganouche (sp?) is a must have on every trip. The produce used in the salads is always fresh. The fish is tasty and garlicky! The cauliflower is very good as well. Everything from the flavored iced teas, fresh made pita (wheat and white), or the desserts are always great. The desserts have just the right amount of sweeteness to finish off a meal.

I only have two complaints: The parking sucks during weekday lunch hours at this location. The other complaint is that they don't serve alcohol. However, they are BYOB friendly.

I highly recommend Fadis to anyone wanting to try something a little different and healthier. It is great to go in and split the Fadi's Sampler with another person. It's alot of food. Enjoy!

Great value at this place. If you get the sampler I guarantee it'll feed you for at least two meals. I like the baked chicken, very moist. The pita bread is fresh and warm. The hummus very good.

Like I said, great value, large portions.

All I can say is "oh Fadi's..so good!" I've been to 2 of the locations and both are great. I agree about the cauliflower too. From the hummus all the way down the counter to the honey almond cake, everytime we go in the food is fresh and delicious! Hmm.. now it looks like there may be a trip to Fadi's tomorrow!

Fadi's has sprung up all over the metroplex and I can see why. Their huge cafeteria style selection of mediterranean favorites is for me almost like a kid at Christmas with a stack of presents around him just waiting to be unwrapped. My favorite dish is the vegetarian sampler. It depends on my mood as to how many salads I get, but I always get the hummus and baba ghanouj with a bit of tabouleh. Their tabouleh has more parsley than most here in Dallas are accustomed to, but it is quite good, and I highly reccommend it.

Next comes their cauliflower which, I would guess, has been sprayed with olive oil and broiled to perfection until golden brown. If you don't typically like cauliflower, then it's because you've never had it like this.

The greens are usually done well, not overcooked as they often are in other cafeteria settings, though the green beans are often too soft for my taste and the potatoes, though usually tasty, are inconsistent in texture and are as likely to be too dry as not. The rice is light and gently flavored, quite good.

Almost all of the veggie selections have a taste of lemon, the cauliflower and pomegranate eggplant being the exceptions. They are still good, though.

Though as a vegetarian I have never tried any of the more carnivorous options, I can say with confidence that this is a great place for a vegetarian to grab a meal. The best time to go is at night though. The food is more consistently up to standards than during the lunching hours.
