Next to Campisi's, this is my favorite pizza anywhere, in Dallas/Fort Worth. All of their pizzas are made from the freshest ingredients. They use a lot of local ingredients too. The pizza are definitely gourmet and the different types have some great combinations of flavors. The wait is always long no matter what time you go, so be prepared to wait. Get one of their great drinks at the bar while you wait. The bar is usually packed so you may have to squeeze in for a drink but food this good is worth it. Great scene, good place to go after work. I heard they used to grow fresh basil on the roof at the Henderson location. Plano location is different crowd but still great food.
