3/5It's rare these days to find a truly bad hibachi restaurant. The business model/cooking techniques/recipes are all pretty uniform across the board with minor variations on the theme. Every one of these restaurants with few exceptions is like a good cover band. Geisha is right in the middle of the pack with the whole bunch.
