4/5You cant get in trouble here if you bring friends. Everyone builds there own dish and then they grill it with the flavorings you each choose as well. It's interesting to create a different dish every time. I was pleased with the food and the service and the price.

OK, SmallGutWindow, I have an assignment for you:
Go back to Genghis Grill. Get a bowl. Fill it half way with the "Dragon Salt." Then, fill it the rest of the way with 3G sauce and garlic water. Add an egg.
When it's completely inedible, proclaim loudly how you want another try. I think you could have a decent story of how the grill guy reacts and how many times you can repeat getting another try to make a decent bowl despite only using salt and dressings.
There's a free one for you...now GO!

4/5Only visit Genghis Grill if you are really hungry! You know the drill: get a bowl, pile it up with meat & veggies, add a sauce or spice, then give it to the dude to cook up on the giant grill thing. You can choose from a number of starches too on the side, designed to fill you up of course. Repeat with a different combo. Go home with a really full stomach!

3/5As mentioned in the other reviews, it’s pretty standard and typical fill your bowl up with meat, sauce, veggies, and the grill guy cooks it up for you. On the whole, I’d say it was about the same quality wise as another other restaurant of similar style. The parking space leaves some to be desired though, but considering that it’s located near a major intersection in Addison, I guess it’s to be expected. Service has been fairly consistent and decent, no complaints there. The only problem I have is that whenever I tend to eat any sort of Mongolian grill (or whatever you call it), it tends to make an exit within the next 30 minutes.
