Hickory Street Annex
Gary Kaelson bought three acres of buildings near downtown Dallas in 1997. The buildings were built in 1921 as a distribution center for Gulf Oil Co. Today the Hickory Street Annex is home to a group of small businesses and features an event space on the 2nd floor of the main building.
Hickory Street Annex offers an eclectic, industrial atmosphere and downtown views. The space is available for officing as well as weddings, receptions, banquets, business meetings, corporate meetings and dinners, and parties of any kind when you want something unusual.
