3/5hooligans serves bar food, plain and simple. i like meeting friends there for a drink after work while the place is still fairly empty. there's a second floor that offers a nice setting to sit and talk awhile over beer and fried calamari (actually really good.) it's a solid addition to the selection of bars and restaurants on the square.
