The Cresent, and Hotel pleasure it has become,.. Once upon a time this was car dealership row along Cedar Springs, and back in the 1890s it was a Victorian housing community, that hung around until the 1960s, meanwhile this is the last road and route, J,F,K came down to go to Dealy Plaza in 1963,while few know the Cresent has an 8 story Underground parking garage....And now it is the center of a whole new city in 2008, I can recall the things that have come and gone in that area, and realize, it was pretty damn neat..until then Alexander Troup, ..Historian.
