So we came here a while back for probably our first ever "fancy" dinner. It didn't disappoint.
When we walked in they knew our names before we introduced ourselves. There was no wait for the table.
The sommelier saw my fear and was very adept at hitting the perfect bottle for our price range. I'll never forget the wine - chateau gazin from pomerol. One of the most understated but delicious reds I've ever had.
The meal flowed perfectly, service was impeccable.
It's set the standard in my mind for a beautiful night out at a "fancy" restaurant.
