Thanks, TG. By the way, for anyone who goes, the ice cream I had (with the chocolate-covered pecans and caramel chunks), was called Sunken Treasure. I highly recommend it. I was thinking my wife had the Elephant Ears, but hers might have actually been the Moose Tracks. Either way, it was very good.

colby walton, love your feedback - and doubly pleased you liked it too. the owner is importing ice cream from a small place in florida called The Ice Cream Club; they make their ice cream in small batches only, and i think you can really tell the difference. also, they have some fabulous flavors that other places around here don't offer. i'm really high on this place!

Very impressive ice cream shop in the western part of Southlake. I tried an ice cream with a vanilla base, plus chocolate covered pecans and caramel laced throughout. Delicious! My wife enjoyed the Elephant Ears ice cream, made from a vanilla base packed with chocolate-covered peanut butter cups. Not crowded if you hit it at dinnertime. Wait, this is supposed to be dessert, not dinner?!
