J Dorian Chocolatier specializes in luxurious, handmade European-style gourmet chocolates. Dorian Isenberg makes his truffles from the finest premium Belgian and French chocolate, with no preservatives or artificial flavors. He also makes chocolate-covered nuts -- macadamia, hazelnuts, and almonds -- as well as quirkier treats such as chocolate-covered peanut brittle and chocolate-covered corn flakes. He has supplied chocolates for weddings, hotels, restaurants, and other special occasions throughout the country.
