4/5The Service is the only thing that is average here. This is without question the best pizza in town. I highly recommend J&J's Pizza!

1/5Staff are rude and begrudging. Don't spend so much as a cent here, they do not deserve it. The pizza is good, but you'll be in line forever. the staff take their sweet time preparing your order and have this attitude, i told them that they gave me the wrong order (after waiting in line for 10 mins. with 2 ppl. ahead of me), and the woman stood there and argued with me. until i got ugly, i was refunded. Someone said online that the staff walk around in circles looking lost and dumb (sad but true) and another said they have a thing or two to learn not only with customer service, but social skills in general (OUCH!).

3/5j&js is not (in my opinion) the best pizza in town. it's not bad, but i always considered it too doughy and heavy. the establishment has other things going for it, though. the pizza joint enjoys a great location on the square, a friendly vibe, and best of all, great concerts in the basement. i wish they stayed open later, though--always seems like we want to drop by after they're closed. denton is a late-night town, what can i say? when it comes down to it, j&js is a place to hang out when you're seeing a show on the square or when they're having a show in the basement--and after that second or third beer, a slice of pizza sure hits the spot.

2/5The employees look like hippies who havent had a bath in a while. They do seem to be less than enthusiastic! There is a gross picture hanging just outside the doorway to the kitchen. It is lite porn to say the least. Why on earth would you post this pic. in a public family restaurant. I don't think they every clean the place. The staff have various nose rings, ear plugs and nasty tatoos. Their hair is greasy and the don't seem to give a crap about their job. I'm not sure who owns this place, but they need to take a good look at the less than wonderful employees.

2/5Rude staff. The 'ol "Us and them" attitude you see in stores and restaurants where everyone is tired, burned out, hate their jobs, and ironically begin to blame the customers. Siam on the square is the same way. It's a real crime that it was The Tomato that had to relocate out of Denton and not these tired old burn outs. The food? ...Nothing to write a review about.
