I am surprised this place made it in Mesquite, especially before it moved and added on the hibachi area. I am not a sushi eater but it appears to have a very fresh and diverse selection and certainly has its fans, including my husband. The sushi chefs are talented and fun to watch. I prefer the bento box and the gyoza (filled with chicken) are the best I have had. The menu also includes some Korean dishes which I plan to brave one day but have not quite worked up the nerve. The hibachi is entertaining but just like any other hibachi bar. The service is excellent.
