4/5Kelly's is a mainstay of downtown. Friendly, reliable... I've known hound dogs less loyal. Clean and comfortably lit and always busy.
Their patio hosts some live acts that run the gamut from good solid bar bands to whacky funny loons with a mic and a guitar.
Try the Reuben - it's not a Reuben by anybody else's standard but it's flat out addicting. If coleslaw (on the Reuben) ain't your thing, try the brisket sandwich. Good chicken fried steak, too.

5/5I stumbled upon this place when I was in downtown Plano. What a great find for myself. The place is a fun place to hang out with a group or to catch a sporting event. They have really updated their TV's and sound capabilities. The food was really really good and the portion size was incredible. Service was excellent. She made quite a few recommendations and even described some beers for my friend who had questions. If you are fan of chicken wings - go for them. They are crunchy, tangy, and spicy enough to keep you drinking your beer; extra napkins are required for this dish.
PS - I wouldn't get the nachos. They are kind of lame .

Haha, judge all you want. Was looking for good HH in the area...Fillmore's dollar off is a joke, Urban's $3 Widmer Hefe was tempting but obv no variety, no clue if Vickery has a HH at all, etc.
Ended up going to Aparicio's. Very good HH specials, beautiful day, they have a nice little pond full of goldfish, A+.
