5/5This place has been is a mainstay for Snider Plaza. There is a grocery store of German imports. If your eating after church on Sunday, get ready to stand in line or take a bar stool seat. The food is plentiful and my favourite is the sausage sampler plate. The breakfast options on Sunday include healthy fruit. The dining area is small compared to other restaurants. The service is attentive. The shopping and neighborhood is exclusive.

4/5Try the fine bratwurst and if you like it - order some from the grocery side and grill it up at home. Their Texas caviar (bean salad) is tart and savory and they have a few different homemade sauerkrauts which are great too. They have any German specialties you'd like and Snider plaza is a great place to walk around on a Saturday afternoon.
