The menu was printed on a single sheet of paper (both sides). The attraction was of course their “Heart Attack on a hard Roll”. A flame broiled burger patty, topped with American cheese and then a fried egg and another slice of cheese. Finally topped with two strips of bacon. Along side with fries.

The wait was under ten minutes which was good. The first thing I noticed when I got the plate, was that the fries were very dark. That usually tells me that they only fry them once, which is incorrect and make them be too crisp on the outside and to soft on the inside. I suspected this was the case here too.

They sure didn’t bother you with tomatoes, lettuce or anything else than the beef patty, cheese, egg and bacon. That was all that was on it. This was not a bad thing, just an observation. I ordered my burger cooked to medium and although it was probably medium-well it was very tasteful. The meat was a good quality and their broiler seared it perfectly. The egg was super flat. I have never seen an egg this flat. The cheese was dominating the taste in a good way. Eggs are usually not very flavorful on a burger, but you could definitely taste it here.
