My mom's a chain restaurant aficionado, and Logan's is one of her faves. So I was excited when one opened in Allen and I no longer had to drive her to the Logan's in Lewisville. But after four visits to the one in Allen, I'll be happy to drive her to Lewisville. Twice food has been so undercooked that I wasn't even embarrassed when she sent it back. Orders have been wrong frequently. Service is indifferent. And we've waited for a table only to be seated and find more than half the tables around us are empty and un-bussed while a dozen or more still wait in the lobby. With so many new restaurants in the Allen/Fairview area, Logan's needs to start actually trying to keep their business.
