5/5Overall:
3/5Not as good as some of Gene Street's other creations, but I still like going. The building is still haunted by the ghosts of late nights at Phil's Delicatessen. Phil's was a popular late night destination for DSO musicians in tuxedos and formals. In high school I turned my shiksa dates onto matzo ball soup at Phil’s! Oh, this is supposed to be about Lucky’s. Suffice it to say, I don’t have as much to say about Lucky’s as I do about Phil’s.
