We order Pizza from Luigi's regularly. We have to ask them to cook it "a little longer than usual", or it comes out a little doughy. We really enjoy it over the other local options however. We have also had pizza at the location in Quinlan, where it was cooked a little longer, which led to our special request at the Rockwall location. The staff is friendly, although they should rethink the single cashier method of paying your bill, as the lines can get long!

I highly recommend this place and also agree with the previous reviewer about the house salad and dressing, not to mention the bread dipped in alfredo sauce, simply wonderful.
If you like Olive garden, but want even better food, then this place is it.

This is one of our favorite Italian restaurants. I love the Luigi's salad with the house dressing.
