Been going to this awesome place for awhile now. The customer service is fantastic, they treat you with respect and value your business. They are always willing to help you find the exact album you're looking for, and if it isn't in the store they can order it for you with a pretty quick turnaround. I can speak from experience I must have ordered about over 25 albums (CD and Vinyl) through them and it never took very long at all. If it's in print, they can get it for you. The used Cd selection is the best I have ever experienced especially with the high quality condition the discs are in. We are talking like-new condition, makes all other competitive businesses seem useless with the almost mint condition used Cd's at awesome low prices that they have there. I live in another town and I don't mind driving all the way up to Mad World Records because I know every visit there will be an outstanding shopping experience with a down-to-earth atmosphere.
