1/5It was a great place, until we encountered an employee who yelled at us and disrespected us before the game even began. All the management did was blame shift and make excuses. The 10 children in the game were very upset.

2/5I would not recoment this place for parents "kids party below 12years". I had my 7 yr old kids party at main event and one of my friends could not bring her kids coz they were sick. Two of my party guests were very young..so I tried to get a little discount but the staff was very rude and passed me around. Eventually the manager stated the price was what it is and no discount. Ohh yeah and the lady at the laser tag station looked to be bothered by us and other customers who were waiting in line to purchase tickets. The staff is rude and they are kid unfriendly.
